Baby furniture

A cot and highchair are available for each cottage; if these are required, please state this at the time of booking so that we can put them in the cottage before your arrival. Cots are provided with a mattress cover and fitted sheet, but please bring your own cot pillow and covers if required.

Utility room

The cottages share a utility room with extra fridge-freezer capacity and a washing machine. Bicycles, pushchairs, etc. may also be stored here.

Pet policy

One well-behaved, fully house-trained and vaccinated (including up-to-date wormer and flea treatment) dog per cottage is accepted on payment of a pet surcharge. Please note that pets are not permitted in the bedrooms; and that, as the gardens are shared between all three cottages and the farmhouse, and as the main entrance is open to the road, we request that dogs are not allowed to roam off-lead outside.

Smoking policy

Smoking is not permitted in the cottages, but you are welcome to smoke outside, provided that ash and ends are disposed of safely and tidily.
